This cartridge can only be used in a printer that is currently enrolled in HP Instant Ink.

Printer ink error message - 

 

Tri-color HP Instant Ink: This cartridge can only be used in a printer that is currently enrolled in HP Instant Ink. 

 

Black HP Instant Ink: This cartridge can only be used in a printer that is currently enrolled in HP Instant Ink.

 

When I access the 'Embedded web server' by entering the printer ip address everything is showing as connected including web services. 

 

I have tried all of the web client chat 'bot' actions however the error still appears.

 

I have been subscribed to instant ink since Jan 2020 and my account is up to date, the printer and serial no. is correct and shows as online however the error still appears and nothing will print.

 

No point having a printer if it cannot print!!!!!

I have checked and updated the firmware too - proof that it is connected
