The mfp m182nw is saying a non hp toner cartridge is being used, but that is, in fact, not the case.
I cannot get anything to print- even a test page- and when I go online for help it is telling me my product number is invalid. Though I triple checked the accuracy from the plate on the back of the printer.

Your M182NW is one of the printers that may soon be allowed to use any brand of toner.
In the mean time please verify the toner is HP
This video shows how to determine if your LaserJet toner is genuine
There is the possibility that some debris may be on the electronic pads that the printer uses to read data from the toner.
Check for ink, tape, glue or any corrosion on both the toner contact and the matching printer contacts.
Let me know what you find out about the toner and also the printer.
