Product: HP Laserjet E50145DN

Been having an issue with this E50145dn not bonding properly with labels. I've tried changing the paper typer and adjusting the humidity settings, even got a brand new pack of labels and it still does it. Issue is, it's only doing it with this model of device. I swapped it with a E52645 and it isn't doing it any more. I've changed the fuser, and toner and not sure what else to look at.
