Product: HP Neverstop Laser 1000w
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I bought toner for my Neverstop laser 1000w. I put it in when I was halfway with the indicator of toner. Once the toner was in the printer, my printing quality went down and now 3 days later the toner indicator is orange and it says there is no more toners. Usually, I do 6 months with a refill and the quality of the printing is not changing. I already have changed the drum 2 times because of the same problem. The first time it was with the warranty and the second time I had to buy it. I am very upset that I have to this again when the problem started with the toner of HP. I did not misuse the printer. I use HP products. This should not be happening.
