I purchased brand new 302 colour and black ink cartridges. I am receiving the error message 'Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated ink cartridge.' This is in relation to the colour cartridge. I have already printed with this cartridge OK to day now it gives the error message above?

Further to above problem: as seen in previous post; I have tried turning off, etc and still the problem persists. This a brand new HP cartridge so do not understand why it suddenly. gives this message and will not work correctly, have also tried cleaning head and printer connection.
