I have an HP Deskjet 2620 printer enrolled to Instant Ink. It has started giving a 'Cartridge Error' after printing the first page. My Instant Ink account says that no more ink can be sent while this error persists. I have been through all the Virtual Assistant troubleshooting with no success. The only advice is to purchase a replacement cartridge, but surely that can't be right for one provided through Instant Ink? Please can someone explain how I can get a replacement cartridge from Instant Ink without having to buy one?
