Im  New Here, and I'm guessing this is the best place to solve a printer issue or attempt too If so, That's just what it is..

So thx in advance, and  I will explain the issue, candy I will say this is nothing complicated in my opinion, and I've read, watched, and listened too many ways of fixing and to no avail. So I have the Officejetpro8610 all in one version printer and it's been a Beast of an printer, I have nothing but good reviews,. I got my money worth and then some. Now I've been installing  cartridges for years, and as u know it's not rocket science. So the last set I installed was because, the printer started acting as if out of ink, or low ink. So I got A Brand New Set, Black, Blue, M And Y.. And installed, to discover the error message cartridge problem specifically, and solely on Blue, so I removed carriage, and discovered blue ink all over it. So I took time to set it down and it took a couple days too finally dry up. Everything inside looked fine and after cleaning every inch, I then bought Another New Cartridge pack and still getting same message on blue.. so I've done the unplug reset method several times, and cleaned the carriage again and all the little troubleshooting protocol,  and I'm exhausted, and hate too spend 100$ for a carriage, as opposed to a new printer for less actually.. so, I hope this will explain enough for some tips. Thanks..
