Trying to claim warranty for broken ink cartridge

HP Recommended
HP 63 Black
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Entering any of my product name, number, or serial number into the warranty claim field returns that they could not find my product. I am using a Deskjet 1112, and the problem cartridge is HP 63 Black - F6U62A. The warranty says it expires in 09-2021. I tried my best to reach a support rep but failed at every turn. Can someone help me out?
