hi I am trying to get monthly ink but it's telling me to press the cancel and information button in order to get the code to continue. It is not printing nothing and there is no other option for me to continue

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are trying to register for monthly ink 

 

Try using a different browser to complete the enrolment, (Ex: Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

 

You may also refer to the document -- Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

Also, Make sure the date and time on the computer are set correctly.
