Hi, 

 

My issue is as stated - when I try to sign up for Instant Ink, my printer (HP DeskJet 2710 Inkjet Series) isn't listed. When I select the 'Deskjet' option the closest printers are 2710 and 2720 Series)

But my printer is definitely an 'Instant Ink Printer' as it came with the cartridges/gives 2 months free trial/has the leaflet of instructions on how to register etc.

 

Could someone please help?

@Mirilee, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I don't understand what the issue is. HP DeskJet 2710 printer series is mentioned in the list of eligible printers on the Instant Ink website and you are able to see it too. Go ahead and select 2710 to enroll the printer.
