Two new cartridges are not working

HP Recommended
HP deskjet 3835

My color Cartilage was finished.

I bought two new cartridges when I installed them they are showing two different errors:

1. remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is correctly installed

2. the indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer hp 3835

And I cannot print nothing. When I remove them and put the old  cartilage back I can only print in black and white.

I followed the manuals in your website nothing works,

What can I do?

Hi @Liad1,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
