macOS 12.0 Monterey

Color cartridges all worked fine until they got low. As usual, I replaced all three color cartridges with brand new HP cartridges. Red worked but not blue or yellow. After a few weeks of this, I replaced the blue and yellow with yet another set of new HP cartridges. Same problem. Following the suggested protocol,  I ran Clean Printhead through its 3 cycles, waited 30 minutes, then ran it through 3 cycles again. This produced no change in the printouts. I did the wiping of contacts, etc. The printer is an HP OfficeJet Pro 6978. It is out of warranty. Does anyone have suggestions as to how to get the printheads to work? or if there is somewhere to take it for support?
