Hi, 

 

  I just recently purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 8028e printer, which comes with the free 6 months instant ink supply. However, I am not able to figure out how to claim this offer after installing the printer.  The website says to review the Instant Ink plan, but whenever I tried doing so, the link will fail to load or error.

I understand you are facing an issue with your Instant Ink Account you want to activate my 6-month free trial ink supply. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
