Unable to change the Printer Region of 9020 AIO

HP Recommended
HP Office Jet Pro 9020 AIO printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Team, Please be informed that i made a post on May 2020 and got instant support (got the codes ) to change the region settings of my HP 9020 AIO printers (link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-Instant-Ink/How-to-change-region-of-HP-Office-Jet-Pro-9020-AIO-prin...) but unfortunately when we tried to change the settings it is giving us error like "error occurred, please try again"

We have eight printers in hand and unable to buy the 963 toners in Bangladesh, but we already purchased 965 toners (which is intended for Asia region).

Please assist us
