HP Instant Ink

Someone is looking for the answer to "Why the printer will not print after they canceled their ink subscription".  Well, I was told by HP that when I cancel or end the subscription then I cannot use their leftover ink.  The printer will not print!!  It looks like one must have to pay for that month, then they will let you print.  It is hard to get out of this subscription .  I tried and said I wanted it to end when my ink ran out....Well it doesn't work that way since the ink is sent before you need it...so you cannot count on canceling and then printing. I suggest you call to find out how you disconnect from HP.  Good luck

You need to unsubscribe from monthly plan, and return the ink you received. All ink you received within your plan will stop working, and you need to get a store bought ink.

This solution does not work, I am using store bought ink and the printer is still unable to print. It appears that cancelling the subscription bricked the printer.

What is your printer model, are you getting a error message on the printer?
