Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I have a new HP Envy 6065e printer. I am unable to print in color. And the bw is crappy. I have no options in the print screen for color or b/w. I have read the manual, tried an option in this forum, and been searching for an answer for 3 days. Picture printing is my thing! Help!
