HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

Man I bought some Premium Plus Photo Paper 8.5 x 11 and 5x7 Glossy. When I print, the results are too much ink and not clear. I can print on plain paper and it looks right. I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e. I've used it to print photos on HP photo paper in the past and it looks amazing. I can't figure out why it's coming out like this. I've done all the normal checking of "select photo paper", ran diagnostic, cleaned the heads etc. What could cause this so I stop wasting ink and photo paper? Thank you!

@StanboyGreen

Looks like wrong photo papers. Not all gross photo papers are the same, some will dry faster than others. Please use SAME papers.

Regards.
