When I try to print using HP Smart, I encounter the error:

Unknown payment or account issue

""

 

Currently, my instantink trial has expired. I've checked the HP Smart app and my HP account and found no fields indicating I need to list any payment details either.

I’m here to help you troubleshoot your issue and get things back on track. Just follow these steps below, and we’ll have you running smoothly in no time:

 

As the trial has expired, the Instant Ink cartridges will only work with an active Instant Ink subscription. Therefore, please remove the Instant Ink cartridges and replace them with HP genuine regular ink cartridges.
