I pay for unlimited HP ink and both printers that have the cartridges are always messing up. Currently my black cartridges won’t work on either printer.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information

 

May I have the exact product name and the number of both of your printers? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

Meanwhile, perform the steps from this document.
