Urgent - Ran out of ink!

Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

how can I purchase ink? need The HP  Instaink cartridge was damaged and I could not get through to HP -- this was a few months ago when there was a problem/shortage of Cyan ink.  I purchased an ink set from Staples b/c I needed it right away, now I'm getting a message that there is a problem with the Cyan cartridge.  Is it me or is there a QC problem with this cartridge?  I  can't replace the damaged (yet another one) blue ink because the printer doesn't recognize it and there is no way to order. What a disaster this is! Does anyone know where I can purchase right away? I checked Amazon and do not see the cartridge I need Cyan 910,912,914 or 915 for the HP Officejet 8035.  Any tips would be appreciated.
