Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer

Hi,

I purchase the HP ENVY Inspire 9720e, without original cartridges, I order some 303 colour and black but printer cant accept them. Can you help me reset the system some how please.

I see that there is an issue with the setting up your printer as it did not come with setup ink cartridges.
