Vertical black line on right side of color print jobs

Is there any way to clean up this line?

It comes out on regular copies, not only labels.

I have tried looking inside but did not see anything obvious.

Any thoughts appreciated.  We are a 501(c)(3) and will only replace if necessary.

Print a cleaning page

Follow these steps to print a cleaning page:

• From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch Setup ().
• Touch Service, and then touch Cleaning Page.
• Load plain, white paper when you are prompted.
• Touch OK to begin the cleaning process.
• Try to print again to see if the issue is resolved,

I tried your suggestion and the plain paper came out clean BUT I tried printing a sheet of the labels pictured and we still have the problem.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Update the printer firmware to install the latest updates which should fix this issue.
