WARNING!-DO NOT BUY HP PRINTERS OR THEIR INK SERVICE!   Today's date- Date 23 March 2023.   I have an Envy 4500 with ink from HP connected contract.

For some reason, the printer has started showing an ‘incompatible cartridges’ message and I cannot use the printer at all.


My cartridges have been in for weeks and working great and today a message says " Incompatible Cartridges"
Please fix this. I will cancel my HP connects membership and buy another brand of printer. DO NOT BUY HP PRINTERS OR THEIR INK SERVICE! as there are lots of complaints on the HP community home page about this issue and no one seems to be getting help from HP directly. I think it is a con.
