Hi @LBC23,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Update the firmware and check. Click here and select your current OS.

Eliminate the error by resetting the printer without the ink cartridges.

  • Open the door or access cover to the cartridges.
  • If the cart moves to the center of the printer, continue with these steps.
  • If the cart does not move toward the center of the printer, close the door or access cover. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and power supply, wait 60 seconds, and then reconnect the power cord to the printer and a wall outlet. Turn on the printer, and then continue with these steps.
  • Remove the cartridges.
  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the printer's power cord.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the power supply.
  • Wait 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and printer.
  • NOTE: HP recommends that you plug the printer directly into a wall outlet.
    Turn on the printer.
  • Reinsert the cartridges, and then close the door or access cover to the cartridges.
  • Follow the steps to align the printer if prompted.

If the problem persists follow the steps suggested in this Video URL

you may need some manual cleaning of the printheads of your printer.
To do so, you can follow the instructions in the above HP video.

I propose this solution because I see that you received an error related to the inking system.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
