Product: HP 0ffice jet 8025
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

The warrant of Office Jet 8025 in not being honored when issues reported and unresolved within legal time frame.  Additionally 8025  an inferior product was sent as replacement for Office Jet Pro 8610 .  With multiple hours and Case numbers assigned to this issue HP is avoiding responsibility and simply  offering a coupon towards another purchase.   Dishonor on several levels is unacceptable.  HP notified upon receipt of  inferior 8025 via email answer to their inquiry about "how was I liking the new

printer "and stated WE WILL NOT LEAVE YOU BEHIND.  Request to pick up and exchange unanswered, likewise after  printing problems arose during warranty have avoided responsibility.
