Wasn't offered advertised 4 month trial of instant ink during setup?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I tried to set up my printer (HP Envy Pro 6430) last night (15th December), but never got offered the 4 month trial of instant ink that the box, and product listing advertised. I was setting up via the HP Smart App on Windows 10, and double checked to make sure it didn't appear earlier and that I had missed it, but information online said it should be applied automatically. I have again checked today and the free months still haven't been applied, so is there anyway you can please sort this out so that I can have the 4 month trial that was advertised on the box.

Thanks!
