Hi

 

We‘ve had this printer for a couple about a year and a half.. signed up and pay monthly for the insta ink, but havent received any? Am I doing something wrong or have i somehow got the wrong expectation of the set up? The printer is VERY low on ink. I was under the impression it would send this info to instink and we‘d just get the ink cartridges delivered automatically when low.
