Hi,
Please clarify your exact printer model or product number, HP have no such printer.
May you refer to the HP Officejet 5255 printer, or to the HP Envy 5055 printer?
Regardless, 98 and 95 ink cartridges were used by much older printers, years prior to the HP Instant Ink program, these cannot be used with any HP Instant Ink-supported printer model:
