What do I do with this duff toner?

I put in a new toner cartridge.  Every printout had a ghost image and made the printout very hard to read.  It did that from page 1.  I tried shaking the cartridge and putting it back; no difference.  Diagnostic advice online said to try a new toner cartridge.  A new one prints perfectly.  So, I have a genuine HP print cartridge that was faulty on first use.  What do I do to get it replaced with a good one?

You need to contact HP technical support and they will replace the cartridge under HP image quality warranty. Dealer you purchased from might replace it for you.
