That is a colour printer it has 4 toners. The managed printer must be under contract with HP so you will need to figure out who is the contractor to get you a toner.

We purchased from KW Document Automation Technology. Sale person: kang.wong@kwcopiers.com. We tried to contact this company and they took more than 2 weeks still not fix my issue. We are having many urgent quotations and contracts need to print out for customer and supplier. ;-(
