While turning on the printer the Print head Alert and Resume indicator are both blinking together. Printhead Latch is closed firmly and is been checked multiple times whether there is any obstruction or not but don't find anything wrong. What should I do now.

Hi @Priyanka1998,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
When the Printhead Alert and Resume indicators are both blinking on your HP Ink Tank Wireless 419 printer, it usually indicates a problem with the printhead or ink system. Since you've already checked and ensured that the printhead latch is closed firmly and there are no visible obstructions, you can try the following steps to resolve the issue.
Check the Ink Levels:
- Ensure that the ink tanks are filled with sufficient ink. Low ink levels can sometimes cause these lights to blink.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn the printer on. This can sometimes reset any errors.
Check the Printhead and Cartridges:
- Open the printer and carefully remove the printhead and ink cartridges.
- Clean the printhead contacts with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with distilled water.
- Reinsert the printhead and ink cartridges, ensuring they are securely installed.
Update or Reinstall Printer Firmware:
- Sometimes, updating the printer’s firmware can resolve such issues. Check the HP website for any available firmware updates and follow the instructions to update.
Perform a Printhead Cleaning:
- If the printer turns on without blinking, perform a printhead cleaning using the printer's control panel or through the HP software on your computer.
Check for Any Error Messages on the Printer Display:
- If there is an error message or code displayed, note it down and refer to the printer’s manual or HP's support website for specific troubleshooting steps related to that code.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Disconnect the printer from any connected computer or network.
- With the printer on, disconnect the power cable from the printer.
- Wait for 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cable directly to a wall outlet (not through a surge protector or power strip).
- Turn on the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
