I have a problem that began when my color printing cartridges became low. Two vertical white lines were appearing in the middle of the colored area. You can see them at the bottom of the test print page. If this page were full color, you would see those two lines run the full length of the page (up and down) from where you see the white streaks in the bottom color bars. I thought the problem would correct when I replaced the color cartridges, but it did not.
For reference, this is a Color LaserJet MFP M281fdw, and I have only replaced the color cartridges one time. It is in a home office and it doesn't get a tremendous amount of use.
I was reading posts on this forum to try to troubleshoot the issue and checking what I could to see if I could resolve the issue. However, I noticed that the black area underneath the cartridges appears to have a crease in it at exactly the spot where these two lines always appear. Surely it is related. Unfortunately, I have no idea how this could have happened. I've only used HP cartridges in this printer and it printed fine for months before this problem occurred.
