Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have changed my HP Envy 5530 to a HP Envy 6022e, I stopped the instant ink and enrolled for the new Printer, However I still want keep the old printer as it still works and I have cartridges still to use. As I have already paid for this service, why can't I still use them to print .They want me to enroll again.? WHY

Hi,

HP Instant Ink is a subscription service, you pay for the page counter and not for the ink cartridges, which stop working when the service is cancelled, the ink cartridges need to be returned to HP.

 

You may use your printer with standard ink cartridges from any nearby retailer once the service is cancelled:
