Hi!

So my hp Deskjet ink advantage 2775 doesn't pull the paper to print. At the beginning it pulls it and then it gets stuck and starts making weird noises and doesn't continue. I have no paper inside it so thats not the issue. I have cleaned the small gray areas it has cause i saw in a video that it doesn't pull the paper when its dirty so i did that. What can i do? Hi @Dulce12e4fr

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I suggest that you follow the steps below to perform a reset on the unit.

1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
3. Wait at least 60 seconds.
4. Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
5. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
6. Turn on the printer and try printing.

You may also refer to the steps in this document.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
