Like the title says. I put the black setup cartridge in the printer as I was setting it up, and it gives me an error and says the cartridge is empty. It won't even let me print the test/alignment pages. What's the point of making me think the box includes everything I need to print if it doesn't? OS says Monterey, but it's really Sonoma. Monterey is just the newest one it lets you select. (5 minutes into my experience with HP and I am NOT impressed. 0/2)

Don't worry! Even if I do give you the serial number HP doesn't accept it as valid. Tried typing it in 10 times, with all possible 0 and o variations, all caps or no caps. But again don't worry, I fixed the old problem by buying a new cartridge. Because including all of the cartridges needed to actually print wouldn't have made HP as much money. But there IS a new problem, namely that it pulls at least 3 sheets every time I try to print something! Sweet! Using HP brand paper no less. I don't expect y'all to actually fix this problem based on my experience with the brand so far, I'm just posting this so anyone else who might read it knows to just go elsewhere for their home printing needs.
