HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I just (re)signed up for Instant Ink and installed my first cartridges. I've printed maybe a few pages and received an email that new ink is on it's way. Is it expected that I'd have spare cartridges sitting here for when I need them? I only ask because it takes upwards of a year for me to run through these.

I see that you are receiving instant ink cartridges even when you have not requested for any ink.

 

As the ink cartridges have been already shipped, please keep them with you for backup or you can recycle it by using the below link.
