Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have downloaded 2 different apps to navigate my home printer and I still can not access the HP instant ink page count without going to a 3rd site and a 3rd login.  This is beyond stupid. Am I missing a button to click on in HP Smart app or HP Print Service app ???

Welcome to the HP English Community --

 

HP Instant Ink is a contracted service --

The Instant Ink account and the login are separate from your HP Account login.

 

Using today's technology, the separation is necessary.

 

The Instant Ink account and it's login requirement is meant to protect the personal data in your HP Instant Ink Account.

 

Sure - and it's not ideal -- better would be a single secure account that connects you to all of your stuff without separate contracts, logins, security concerns, and settings.

 

We are not there yet.

 

Stupid?  Maybe -- it is certainly not what you want so I get that you are upset.
