I have started to get problems with my printer since Friday and either get lines or ?in box in place of text. It’s the same using word docs. Or PDF’s.
reset printing, re booted the printer and tried different Mac devices and even straight from phone, AirPrint, cable etc - none of these print
ive called hp - no luck, and can’t see any fix on apple?
can someone please shed some light on how we can use these printers again???
HP Recommended
Check the firmware revision installed on your machine. Your timing is pretty close to a recent firmware update that has proven problematic and may be causing your issued. If the firmware revision installed is 2127A, you are going to want to downgrade to 2105D.
