Officejet Pro 6978
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a Officejet Pro 6978 HP printer.    It does not have much use on it.   I replaced all the ink cartridges as they were getting low.  Now when i try to COPY a document in BLACK ONLY, it prints it out with text in a reddish color.  Document I am copying is in black and white.        Even when I select to print in color, it still prints it out in a reddish color.

I used original HP cartridge's as replacements.  I tried to reinstall the old black cartridge which still had some ink in it and that didn't help.

I can print my emails out in black and white, and a test alignment page in black and white.

Also when I try to copy a photo, the colors come out wrong with the whole thing containing way to much red.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Mike
