Won't print color anymore

Hello -
My printer will no longer print in color. It prints in black but leaves a blank white space instead of colored ink. I have checked all my settings (set to color), I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, I have updated the software, updated the computer, cleaned the cartridges, aligned the cartridges, checked the ink levels, etc. I am out of ideas as to how to fix this problem. Any advice?

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
