Suddenly my printer has decided not to print magenta. I've realigned and cleaned the cartridge, checked firmware and reinstalled printer software. 4 hours later can anyone help!

Thanks Sandy. I've contacted your Tech Support and they think my cartridge is too old so they have sent a replacement. Let's hope that that solves the problem.
