I bought the wrong ink type from a store (63 instead of 67)  and didn’t notice till I opened it and put it in the printer and got the error message. I’m unable to return it to the store due to it being opened. I was wondering if there was a way to exchange these ones for the correct ones here, they are unused.

i saw some people suggest contacting Hp support but havnt been able to find out how to exactly do that
