HP MFP-178NW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi Everybody,

I'm Chris from France. I'm Fashion designer and I have a big problem with my HP MFP-178NW.

All my print are very strange and very greenish. I've checked, everything is allright on the printer, with original Toner & quality paper,, and after several tryouts, it stays the same, as shown on the below picture :

Print vs Screen.jpg

On the left, there is the printed sheet, & on the right my screen (With both picture in RGB & CMYK).

We cannot see well in this image, but the impression is very far from reality. I tried with several software (CorelDeraw, Ilustrator, Indesign, etc ...) but nothing ...
I can't find a solution, isn't there a color profile to indicate somewhere, or a calibration to perform, like on any color laser printer?

Thanks in advance for your answers...

Chris

I find this shameful, because on the HP site, I am told that my product is no longer supported, while it is still under warranty.
