HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer

Hello!

Can anyone give me some advice, i'm at my wits end!

I recently purchased a new HP printer after using a 3630 for many years, which I never had any problems with printing the colours as they are on the screen.

I upgraded to an Envy inspire 7220e after having trouble printing the correct colours with a HP 2710e,

But the same problem has arisen with the new printer. The colours are just not printing correctly from any software program, despite trying various print settings, eg, best, glossy paper etc, various colour settings, and new cartridges,

They come out no where close to the shades onscreen.

I use Mac OS Ventura but I also have an older mac with OS Catalina, and prints are coming out exactly the same on both systems.

The only time they come out correctly is if I colour photocopy an older print off from my previous 3630 printer.

The software Im using is photoshop elements, silhouette studio and an old version of photoshop.

Am I missing something obvious?

Any advice would be wonderful.
