I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8710, have been receiving cartridges for years but this time I was sent the wrong one. The cartridge that fits says 952/953, 954/955 on side, the one I receive that looks identical but doesn't fit says 950XL, I can't get a hold of anyone to send me the right one. Chat is down even though it's inside of business hours.

To help you quickly and accurately, could you please share a photo of the cartridge you received, showing the label and the side that goes into the printer? This will help us confirm exactly what was sent in error and get you the correct replacement for your HP OfficeJet Pro 8710.
