Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Instant ink has sent me 2022/10 and 2022/09 in yellow and magenta and my printer uses the 65/304 tri colour cartridges. The virtual agent is no help, phone lines not open until Monday and I can't see an e-mail to contact them on. Any way to get in touch with someone to get this sorted?

Setting location to UK I got a phone number and whats app support to contact. Replacement ink is being shipped to me.

Your link was spot on! My Chat with HP Support answered my question. (It was similar to yours.)

MY QUESTION: "I received HP Instant Ink 65/304 for my Deskjet 3637 Printer (printer specifies use of HP 63 cartridges). Will the 65/304 Ink I received work in my printer?"

SHORT ANSWER: "Yes."

Chat agent mentioned "HP shuffling/modifying Ink Cartridge naming methods early in 2021".
