Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I get the message that my black cartridge is not an original HP cartridge or an refubrished cartridge. I have bought this cartridge on HP website and it was supposed to last for at least 2800 pages. I changed it not too long ago and now I get this error message and I can not see the correct status on it since I get this message. I do not wan to spend more money on a new one when this should work. How should I proceed. Thank you.
