HP Officejet Pro X576dw Multifunction Printer

I have ran all the cleaning and alignment tests possible.   When I run a print quality report, the printer does not print magenta in sections 8 or 9 (they are just white).

I followed another post that said to look for paper debris behind the duplexer, and I did not see any.  (He said it could be almost invisible, but I looked with a flashlight.)

Is this crazy expensive printer MFP toast or is there something I can replace on the printer?  All other functions work fine.  It has only been used as Home Office and not in a corporate environment.

We are having this exact same issue, were you ever able to figure it out?

I was told by a local HP tech that the printer is toast.  I have found a great Canon I think I will replace it with.  The reviews and reliability seem to be much better.  It is very disappointing.  My page count is less than 1/10 what the lifetime is supposed to be, and there is no way to repair.

Total junk for a $1500 printer.  Very very frustrating.

Shoot.  I have two X476dn's with the exact same problem.  Tossing them seems very wasteful.
