My yellow ink is not working, even if I refilled the ink tank with new yellow ink. Last Dec, my yellow ink stopped working all of a sudden despite the ink tank being full. Since I thought the ink was just dry, I got some of the old ink out and replaced it with a new one, but despite that, every time I "clean printheads," absolutely nothing appears on the yellow part. I have already tried cleaning my ink cartridge and only cyan and magenta ink come out, no yellow. I am so lost - what do I do to fix this?
