I'm having an issue with my printer. When I print a color test page, the yellow comes out like a very light purple / pickish color.
When I try to print an image with browns in it, it comes out purple-ish, no brown.
I cleaned the print head using the tools in the Printer software several times and no improvement. I'm enrolled in the HP Ink program. Seems to have been a problem since I installed the last Yellow cartridge.
Not sure if this a cartridge issue or printer issue. The cartridge is nearly full. I dabbed the cartridge with a tissue and it had a yellow spot on it afterwards. Seems that the ink is getting to the bottom of the cartridge, but isn't being put on paper.
Regards,
Doug Hober
